For 11th question: answer is at a given altitude.
Mach number changes with altitude. So correct option is C.

For 12th question:
Answer is 400 Hz.
(Although most all utility power in the world use either 50 Hz or 60 Hz, 400 Hz power systems are typically used in large aircraft).
