For 25th question, the answer is A which is B-(N-1).

If there are 4 nodes and 5 branches, the number of mesh equation = (5 - 4 + 1) = 2.

For 21st question XC > XL. phase of voltage will be negative Ф = tan inverse(XL - XC / R).
Therefore current will lead voltage.
